Sales Position

We are currently expanding our service offering and looking for a dynamic, motivated and energetic Sales Director targeting eCommerce.

 

The Role

 

  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts within the eCommerce space
  • Proactively prospect for new accounts to create lead lists
  • Initiate sales process by cold calling, scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding account requirements
  • Close sales by building relationship with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; facilitate integration and negotiate contracts
  • Build relationships at multiple levels within the account (e.g. CFO, Treasurers, International marketing manager) to maximize the efficiency of processes
  • Accomplish sales mission by completing related results as needed
  • Promote company image and services at business events
  • Stay abreast of company and competitor services
  • Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts; identifying needs to be filled

 

Qualifications and experience

 

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales performance to eCommerce companies
  • A proven track record of success, meeting and exceeding
    sales quotas
  • Knowledge of general sales techniques, cold-calls,
    sales closings, etc
  • Ability to develop a profitable and diverse book of business through post contacts, lead generation, personal referral, networking and client retention
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Financial services or payments experience helpful
  • A knowledge of banking products, online payment vehicles or credit card processing is helpful
  • Must be able to identify realistic opportunities and qualify leads
  • Sharp, energetic, assertive and results-oriented
  • Strong communication, presentation, written, and PC skills
    are required
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
  • BA or B.Sc. degree required
