Anthropologie to Launch International Shipping Early 2008 with FiftyOne Global Ecommerce

NEW YORK, NY - December 11, 2007: Anthropologie, a retailer of women's casual apparel and accessories, home furnishings, gifts and decorative items, and E4X, Inc., a provider of cross-border ecommerce solutions, guaranteed landed costs, cost-effective international shipping options, today announced plans to launch Anthropologie international shipping at www.anthropologie.com with the implementation of FiftyOne by E4X.

FiftyOne by E4X is a new full-service global ecommerce offering that allows customers from major international markets to easily browse and purchase products from U.S. retail sites with the same confidence and certainty they would expect in a transaction with an in-country alternative. International shoppers are presented with guaranteed prices site-wide in their preferred currency, plus international payment options and flexible international return policies.

Michael Robinson, Managing Director of Anthropologie Direct, states: "We're extremely excited about our new relationship with E4X and the FiftyOne solution. To be able to offer our international customers a way to easily and confidently shop with Anthropologie has long been a goal of ours. FiftyOne will allow us to provide our international customers with an online shopping experience similar to what the U.S. Anthropologie customer receives."

Eighty percent of the world's internet users live outside of the U.S., and more than fifty-five percent of online purchases originate beyond U.S. borders. The FiftyOne solution currently services buyers transacting in 34 countries outside of the U.S. including Canada, UK, Germany, and France, with guaranteed pricing in CAD, EUR, and GBP. E4X will be continually expanding its service to include more countries, payment options and currencies.

"With both the Euro and Canadian dollars soaring to new heights relative to the U.S. dollar, we feel this is the perfect time for U.S. retailers to get serious about international sales," says Kris Green, SVP of Product & Marketing at E4X. "FiftyOne makes it easy to actively welcome international customers and present an experience that inspires consumer confidence. We are excited to be partnering with Anthropologie to help change the way international e-commerce is perceived, on both sides of the transaction."
